Duckies is a kids' footwear brand, founded in 2021 by two Gold Coast parents after they couldn't find proper shoes for their own daughter. Its machine-washable, slide-on shoes have now reached over 150K customers and the brand is expanding into Europe.
The ad account has grown with the business, and they're now hiring a Performance Manager to own it. You'll run Meta and Google day to day, build TikTok, and turn performance data into creative briefs for a content producer.
You'll love

What you'll own
- Paid media strategy and execution. Day-to-day management of Google and Meta, from structure and bidding to cost caps, testing and optimisation
- Budget and bidding. Allocating spend across channels and campaigns, and managing bid strategies,
cost caps and pacing to hit ROAS and CAC targets
- Testing and optimisation. Running continuous tests across audiences, creative, offers and landing pages, and scaling what works
- Performance analysis. Turning raw data into explicit insights and next steps, and diagnosing quickly when results dip
- Creative briefing. Translating performance data into concepts and briefs for the content producer
You'll thrive here if you
- Have 3+ years hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including bidding, cost caps and account structure. TikTok or other platforms a plus
- Have run six-figure monthly ad budgets in ecommerce or DTC
- Know when creative is working and can explain why in a brief
