We’re looking for warm, polished, and high-energy individuals to represent The Perfume Workshop at our pop-ups and events. The Role
You’ll be the face of our brand on the move. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Setting the Stage: Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of our beautiful pop-up displays.
- The Experience: Greeting and engaging guests with genuine enthusiasm and professional flair.
- The Scent: Introducing our artisanal collection of oud perfumes, oils, and incense, helping guests find their signature scent.
- The Business: Managing POS transactions and tracking basic sales on the fly.
- The Standard: Maintaining a pristine, visually appealing display area throughout the event.
Note: Initial on-the-job training will take place at our flagship store in the Melbourne CBD to ensure you’re an expert on our collection before hitting the event circuit.

Who You Are
- A Natural Connector: Confident, personable, and able to strike up a conversation with anyone.
- Flexible & Reliable:
Available for 5-8 hour shifts, 1–2 times a week. You thrive on weekends but can occasionally jump in on a weekday.
- Physically Active: Comfortable with the "hands-on" nature of events, including standing for extended periods and light lifting for bump-in & bump-out.
- Presentation Matters: Well-presented with an eye for detail and a passion for fragrance or beauty.
- Legal: Must be 18 with the right to work in Australia.
