Personal Assistant to CEO

Remote | Australia-wide | Full-Time

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, privately owned insurance brokerage and advisory business that operates at the complex corporate end of the market.

The business works with sophisticated Australian and international clients, Workers Compensation, employee care and high-value vehicle insurance. The business is also heavily focused on AI, technology and innovation, with significant growth planned over the next 12 months.

About the Role

Working directly with the CEO, you'll provide high-level support across both business and personal responsibilities, helping protect their time and ensuring everything is organised and followed through.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing the CEO's calendar, meetings and appointments
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Managing events, hospitality, sponsorships and ambassadors
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and business partners
- Assisting with recruitment, correspondence and administration
- Coordinating personal appointments and arrangements
- Researching and comparing suppliers, purchases and services
- Following up outstanding tasks and commitments
- Acting as a key point of contact when the CEO is unavailable
- Managing confidential business and personal information





About You

We're looking for an experienced PA, EA or Executive Assistant who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with significant autonomy.

You'll be someone who

- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Takes ownership and follows things through
- Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders
- Is highly discreet and trustworthy
- Can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Is resourceful and naturally looks for solutions
- Enjoys being one step ahead of the person they're supporting

Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.
