Position: Aged Care and Disability Support Worker

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality personal care and support in accordance with individual care plans
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and manual handling procedures
- Provide mealtime assistance, including dysphagia management in line with best practice guidelines
- Support clients with medication administration and other delegated medical tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in client condition
- Promote client dignity, independence, and wellbeing always

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
- Demonstrated experience in aged care and/or disability settings
- Current Dysphagia training and competency (mandatory)
- Current medical competencies, including medication administration (mandatory)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check




- Up-to-date immunisation record (including COVID-19 & Flu, if required)
- Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic

- Willingness to travel across WA as required.
