Your Role:

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older Australians living in residential aged care facilities. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene and supporting a multi-disciplinary team. As a preferred supplier to respected aged care facilities, YNA has a wide selection of shift options.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

- Certificate III or Cert IV in Aged Care/Individual Support

- Strong Communication Skills
- A minimum of six months paid experience working in residential aged care.

- Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) or willingness to obtain

- Evidence of three Covid-19 vaccinations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- A genuine sense of empathy and compassion for the elderly is a must.
