We're Hiring an Experienced Female Support Worker – Cannington

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and reliable Female Support Worker to support a bed-bound participant in Cannington who requires personal care and hoist transfers.

The participant requires 2-person assistance, so confidence with personal care and hoist transfers is highly desirable.

Shift Times & Availability

- Morning shifts: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Fixed 14 hours per week
- Worker must be available for a minimum of 2 morning shifts and 2 evening shifts per week
- Thursday and Friday evening availability is essential
- Weekend shifts may be available, with applicable penalty rates

About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality, person-centred support, including:

- Personal care
- Hoist transfers
- Assistance with daily living activities




- Community and emotional support where appropriate
- Accurate documentation and progress notes

Requirements
- Hoist transfer experience is highly desirable
- If you don't have hoist experience but are willing to learn, we can provide hoist training for the right candidate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Excellent communication skills
