About the Role/n As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice. /n Working alongside our experienced care team, you will: /n /n

- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents

/n

- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living

/n

- Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing

/n

- Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families

/n

- Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour or wellbeing

/n

- Maintain accurate care documentation

/n

- Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements

/n

- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent

/n

- Previous experience working in aged care is desirable

/n

- Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements

/n

- Australian working rights
