Job Description

Indu Living Pty Ltd in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a person-centred care worker to support NDIS participants in a home‑like setting.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, meals, and domestic tasks, encourage community participation and social connection, and help participants build independence.

n

The role requires empathy, reliability and flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
