Position: Family Information Support and Help (FISH) Practitioner Status:Full time fixed term to 1/06/2027 Hourly rate: $46.70 per hour, plussuper, mobile phone, laptop & additional leave over the festive holiday periodLocation: Belmont WA 6104 One Tree is a national not for profit offering early childhood education, out of school hours care, community services, registered early childhood training, and professional support. What you’ll do

- To support the delivery of the One Tree Community Service (OTCS) Family Information Support and Help (FISH) program to eligible services in order to increase their capacity and improve quality in adherence to the FISH program guidelines
- To support delivery of the Healing Hearts = Solid Kids (HH=SK), trauma informed practice professional development program.
- To support delivery of the OTCS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) professional development program.
- Assist to meet the outcomes and deliverables as set out in the OTCS Family Information Support and Help (FISH) program and to support compliance with program goals.
- Deliver on all the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reporting requirements of the position.

Requirements





- Be living and eligible to work in Australia
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check

- Satisfactory National Police Clearance
- A Diploma in Early Education and Care, above or similar.
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

- Be able to travel regularly to remote & regional areas of WA
- Experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD), and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- Have an understanding of Positive Behaviour Support approach

- Understanding of trauma informed practice.
- Proven history of developing and maintaining productive working relationships with key external stake holders and referrers.
- Demonstrated effective organisational and time management skills.

- Demonstrated experience delivering programs/workshops
- Experience working in the education and care industry
