About the role

You will handle residential and commercial pest management, conduct detailed timber pest inspections, and deliver high-standard termite treatments. This is a full-time role with a competitive wage, performance bonus, commission and overtime. Company vehicle, fuel card, work mobile phone, uniform and all equipment are provided with support.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out general pest control and timber pest/termite inspections.

- Write thorough, skilled termite management reports.

- Perform chemical and physical termite treatments (barriers, reticulation, dusting/baiting).

- Build strong, friendly relationships with residential and commercial clients.

- Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness, and stock levels.

About you

- Valid New South Wales Pest Management Technician License (General Pests & Termites).

- Proven experience in termite inspections and treatments.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence with a clean record.

- Strong communication skills and a reliable, hardworking attitude.

- High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
