About your chance:

- Lead and develop, the educational and research strategy for the Cairns and Hinterland pharmacy services in readiness for University Hospital status.
- Co-ordinate clinical placements and training for JCU pharmacy students across the CHHHS facilities, including the direct management, supervision and assessment of pharmacy students in specified locations to implement quality improvement and practice-based research projects.
- Provide advanced leadership and strategic knowledge for the pharmacy leadership team and provide workforce planning and development across CHHHS to build the capacity and capability of the pharmacy workforce to deliver high quality clinical services and in the strategic use of data to support the achievement of optimal patient outcomes.
