Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role/n Blooms The Chemist is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Salamander Bay, NSW. This is a full-time, hands-on position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our local community. /n Working closely with patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based advice and support to optimise patient outcomes and promote health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities/n /n

- /n Accurately dispense medications and provide counselling to patients /n
- /n Offer expert advice on the secure use of medications, including potential side effects and interactions /n
- /n Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care /n
- /n Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing /n
- /n Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, professional standards, and pharmacy procedures /n
- /n Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services and customer experience /n What We’re Looking For/n /n
- /n Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) /n
- /n Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist /n
- /n Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering evidence-based care /n
