About the role

Elements Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Dispensing/Customer Service Technician and a Full-Time Dispatch Technician to join our pharmacy team in Tuart Hill. We are a growing Perth-based business providing pharmacy services to residential aged care facilities. Our team takes pride in accurate, timely medication supply and professional service.

Key responsibilities

Dispensing Technician

- Assist with prescription processing, data entry and medication labelling using FRED dispensing software
- Respond to telephone and account enquiries, referring clinical questions to a pharmacist
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support medication supply

Dispatch Technician:
- Label and prepare medications for dispatch to residential aged care facilities
- Prepare medications packed by robotic systems for delivery
- Assist with stock control and ordering through point-of-sale software
- Work with the pharmacy and delivery teams to have orders ready for scheduled dispatch





About you

- Dispensing Technician: Previous pharmacy dispensing experience is essential
- Dispatch Technician: Pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work
- Reliability, good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear communication, teamwork and a positive, qualified attitude
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn pharmacy systems
- A willingness to follow procedures, solve problems and seek guidance when needed
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current National Police Certificate for employment
