/n We’re looking for a Phone Sales Officers to join our Port Macquarie branch. /n In this customer-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound phone enquiries, supporting customers and account managers with product advice, order processing, and exceptional service. /n You’ll also work closely with the wider branch team and assist with general warehouse duties when required. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- Provide outstanding customer service and support branch phone-based sales

- Respond to inbound calls from customers and account managers

/n

- Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately

/n

- Assist with stock management, including shelving and stock counts

/n

- Support general branch and warehouse operations as needed
