/n As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting branch sales and operations. /n You'll work closely with customers, account managers, and the broader branch team to process orders, manage enquiries, and ensure customers receive the right products when they need them. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support branch sales activities

/n

- Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries

/n

- Process customer orders, invoices, credits, and quotes accurately

/n

- Assist customers with product enquiries and order status updates

/n

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

/n

- Support stock management activities, including stock counts and replenishment

/n

- Assist with general branch and warehouse operations as required

/n

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve branch sales target

- Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, parts interpreting, automotive, mechanical, electrical or industrial products will be highly regarded
