Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary allied health practice that has recently moved into a brand new clinic within the new Joyner Central Shopping Centre precinct on Brisbane's north side. The precinct is being developed as a one stop shop for health and wellness, bringing allied health, fitness and everyday services together in one location. Our active partnership with Jetts sits at the centre of this, with more local health and wellness partnerships coming on board as the precinct grows.

Our team covers physiotherapy, women's health physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, clinical neuropsychology, paediatrics, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, pilates and remedial massage, alongside group classes and home, mobile and remote visits. We also offer podiatry at our additional location in Strathpine Super Clinic.

We provide services through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages, WorkCover and CTP, with private health rebates available on site through HICAPS. Patients are cared for by a coordinated team with established referral pathways between disciplines and close partnerships with GPs and allied health colleagues across the Moreton Bay region.

Role Description

We're seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our team in Joyner, Brisbane. Full-time and part-time options are available, with no nights and no weekends. You'll be starting your career in a new clinic, inside a new precinct built around health and wellness.

With Jetts as an active partner and more partnerships on the way, our patients can move easily between treatment, exercise and the other services they need in one place. For a new graduate,



that means working within a connected health network from day one.

This role is designed for a new graduate stepping into private practice for the first time. Your caseload builds gradually as your confidence grows, with structured mentoring and time to learn built into every week. You'll gain experience across musculoskeletal, chronic disease management, rehabilitation and pre and post-surgical presentations.

Patients include NDIS participants, aged care and Home Care Package clients, DVA and WorkCover patients, and private clients, seen both in the clinic and on home visits.

Day to day, you'll complete initial assessments with 45 minutes per consult and develop treatment plans with guidance from your mentor. Sessions include one-on-one care and group-based programs such as exercise therapy, hydrotherapy and pilates. Our team will support you as you learn to write NDIS reports and outcome measures, keep clear clinical notes, and work with our allied health team, admin staff, referring GPs, NDIS coordinators and aged care providers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy, with current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
- Foundational skills in assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment planning, built through your studies and clinical placements
- An interest in exercise prescription and group-based programs
- Explicit, warm communication with patients, families, referrers and colleagues
- Curious and coachable, with an openness to feedback and mentoring
- Organised, with a willingness to build good habits around notes and follow-up
- Basic computer skills, with training provided in our clinical systems
- Willingness to learn across funding streams including Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages, WorkCover and CTP
- Current driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
