Ultimate Rehab NQ is a locally owned and operated Allied Health business servicing the Townsville area. Our goal is to provide all Allied Health services under the one roof to make life easy for our clients. Currently, we offer Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Psychology services to the following clients:

- NDIS (self and plan managed participants)
- DVA gold cardholders
- Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

- GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP); and

About the role An experienced Physiotherapist role working 2 days a week seeing clients in the community across the Townsville region, with the potential for more days as the team grows. Your caseload will mostly comprise of Support at Home clients with some DVA, CHSP, and NDIS clients.
Key responsibilities
- Managing own caseload and schedule
- Report writing for different funding streams (Support at Home, NDIS etc.)
- Working with community clients
- Collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
About you
- Experience with managing own caseload and report writing for different funding streams (NDIS, Support at Home etc.)
- Experience working with community clients
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
- Current CPR, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check and AFP Police Name Check
- Valid Driver's License and can provide own vehicle
