About the Role We are currently seeking 5 Piggery Attendants to join our team at Tong Park on a casual basis, working approximately 38 hours per week.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with animals, working as part of a team and being active throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing day-to-day care and handling of pigs
- Feeding and monitoring animal health and welfare
- Maintaining clean and safe piggery facilities
- Assisting with routine husbandry tasks
- Following animal welfare, biosecurity, WHS and food safety procedures
- Working effectively as part of a supportive team
- Completing other general farm duties as required
About You You don't necessarily need previous piggery experience — training will be provided to the right candidates.

- Have a genuine interest in working with animals
- Are reliable, physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Are willing to follow procedures and learn new skills
- Understand the importance of animal welfare, biosecurity and workplace safety
- Have reliable transport to and from Tong Park
