In this role, you'll:

You’ll develop maintenance plans that balance customer demand, operational priorities and available resources.

You’ll use data, dashboards and performance insights to track progress, improve planning and support informed decisions.

You’ll work across Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to keep delivery on track, while supporting the Planning team and maintaining safety and quality standards.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Auburn Heavy Maintenance Centre (AHMC). Please note that this is an on-site role, with attendance at AHMC required.

About you

You’ve got experience in process management, planning or an operational workplace, with robust analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

You’re confident using SAP and data insights to track performance and support sound decision-making, with an understanding of Lean Principles and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.

You’re a collaborative communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships, manages competing priorities and keeps safety, quality and customer outcomes front of mind.





You’ve got relevant qualifications in logistics management or engineering, or equivalent skilled experience.
