Thomas Scaffolding is seeking a Leading Hand Scaffolder for casual work in Coffs Harbour, NSW. You will lead site crews on scaffold erection, modification and dismantling, ensuring on-time progress and safety on diverse commercial projects.
Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will supervise scaffolders, run pre-starts, enforce PPE and SWMS, and coordinate with yard teams to keep materials and resources on track. A relevant High Risk Work licence and a White Card are required.
