Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and assistance as needed




- Accurately take food and beverage orders, accommodating dietary requirements
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Process payments efficiently and handle guest requests with care
- Promote menu specials and upsell items to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
- Sound knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Commitment to delivering results and maintaining high standards
