In this role, you'll:

Are you an experienced digital content professional who can transform complex information into engaging, user-friendly content?

Transport for NSW is seeking a PMO Digital Content Developer (Grade 7) to design, develop and maintain digital content, frameworks, templates and guidance materials that support consistent project delivery across the organisation. This role sits within Portfolio Delivery & Enablement and plays a key part in improving the user experience of PMO tools, methodologies and documentation.

Key responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality digital content, templates and guidance materials
- Create user-focused content that aligns with content strategy and digital best practice
- Publish and maintain content across relevant digital platforms and collaboration tools
- Apply UI/UX principles to improve accessibility and usability
- Monitor content performance and implement continuous improvements
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to gather requirements and refine content
- Support project teams, change teams and practice leads with content development initiatives

About you

- Experienced in digital content development, communications or content design




- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and content management systems
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience developing templates, frameworks, standards or guidance materials
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
