Pool Service Technician

Previous experience in the pool industry is highly regarded, but not essential. Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we'll give you the training, tools, and encouragement to succeed.

The Position: Service Technician - Full-Time with Immediate Start (we will wait for notice periods).

Part-time and weekend in-store roles are also available for experienced candidates.

About Us

We're a family-owned business based on Brisbane's Northside with three retail stores and our Spa SupaCentre. From pool servicing and renovations to spa sales and equipment repairs, we're known for our quality work, and expertise. We work as a team, supporting one another while delivering a positive and professional experience for each and every customer.

Your Role

- Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools and spas
- Installation, maintenance and repair of pool equipment
- On-site problem solving and troubleshooting




- Identifying and managing sales opportunities
- Building and nurturing robust client relationships
- Maintaining company vehicle and stock levels
- Completing reports/invoices using ServiceM8 app
- Following WHS guidelines and Safe Work Practices to ensure a safe working environment at all times

What We're Looking For

- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Full manual driver's licence and clean record
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa to be eligible for this position
