Practice Nurse | Key Health /n We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team and work from all our Key Health clinics. /n In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice environment, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n As a Practice Nurse, your duties will include: /n /n /n

- Providing clinical care in line with professional and safety standards

/n

- Conducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triage

/n

- Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives

/n

- Assisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasks

/n

- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation

/n

- Ensuring infection control procedures and policies are followed

/n

- Managing clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms

/n

- Supporting quality improvement activities and practice accreditation

/n

- Educating patients on health management,



treatments, and preventative care

/n

- Supporting and guiding other staff as required

/n /n About You/n You are a proactive and organised nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high safety standards. /n Essential: /n /n

- Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)

/n

- Current CPR certification

/n

- Current professional indemnity insurance

/n

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

/n /n Desirable: /n /n

- Experience in general practice or primary healthcare

/n

- Experience in chronic disease management and health assessments

/n

- Familiarity with Best Practice software
