The Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking Post & Pre Production Precast Labourers, Second Class Welders, and Steel Fixers to join our clients' busy manufacturing facilities. Depending on the site, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Preparing, cleaning, and assembling precast moulds.
- Steel fixing, reinforcing, and preparing fiberglass rebar (GFRP).
- Assisting with pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete into moulds.
- Stripping moulds post-pour and once cured.
- Inspecting finished panels/products for defects and carrying out minor rectification.
- Safe use of hand/power tools, fixed plant equipment, and gantry cranes (site dependent).
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised workshop environment.

What We Need From You

- Experience: Experience in precast concrete, construction, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable (Steel fixing or gantry crane experience is a massive plus for specific yards!).
- Licensing: Valid Driver Licence & reliable vehicle.
- Tools: Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to workplace health & safety, high level of reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude.
