About the role
We are seeking an experienced Precast Installers to join our team, multiple roles available.
Coordinate precast concrete installation on construction sites. Work with installation crews, subcontractors and site personnel, coordinating daily installation activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
· Work within and plan/coordinate installs, including install sequencing and material resourcing
· Ensure precast elements are installed correctly and safely
· Read and interpret precast shop drawings, erection drawings and lifting documentation
· Resolve installation and site-related problems quickly and effectively
· Maintain strong communication with clients, builders and other contractors
· Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements
What we're looking for
· Proven experience in precast installation projects
· Solid understanding of precast concrete erection methods and sequencing
· Experience working with mobile cranes, tower cranes and/or other lifting equipment
· Good understanding of crane lifting operations, rigging and load handling
· Ability to read and understand precast drawings
· Excellent communication and people management skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
· Minimum High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate Rigging
