Australian innovation. Global ambition. /n Why this role exists /n Every new client brings a different set of accounts receivable problems, systems, and ways of working. We need someone who can sit with a prospective client, work out exactly what they need, and turn that into a solution that gets built, tested, and delivered without losing anything in translation. /n You'll be the bridge between technical solutions and client success: partnering with Sales pre-deal, then owning the implementation once the deal is signed, all the way through to a client who's fully trained and getting value from the platform. /n This is a full-time permanent position. /n Your team /n You'll work closely with Account Executives across Australia, the US and the UK (time zones can vary), and with Customer Success and Product teams on delivery.

You'll report to our CRO. /n Key responsibilities /n Pre-sales /n /n

- Partner with Account Executives globally to understand prospective clients' accounts receivable challenges, and translate them into explicit requirements.

/n

- Analyse client business processes, accounts receivable workflows and system requirements to identify opportunities for system optimisation and automation.

/n

- Lead tailored, technical product demos showing how ezyCollect can be configured and integrated with clients' accounting or ERP systems.

- Document business and functional requirements, and solution specifications.

/n

- Own end-to-end implementation, working with Customer Success (CSMs and TCS) and Product to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

/n

- Build and run test plans to make sure what gets delivered actually works before it goes live.

/n

- Analyse business requirements and assess custom feature requests to determine feasibility, business value and alignment with product strategy.

/n /n Training and support /n /n

- Prepare and run client training sessions so clients fully leverage ezyCollect for their business needs.

/n

- Create clear user and training documentation.

/n /n Feedback and improvement /n /n

- Act as the voice of the client, feeding actionable insights back to Product and Customer Success to improve ezyCollect's offering.

/n /n About you /n Must-haves /n /n

- Bachelor’s degree in Informations Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience in business analysis, software implementation, ERP integration or solution consulting.

/n

- Strong understanding of ERP and accounting software platforms like NetSuite, Xero, Acumatica, SAP B1 and other API integrations, with the ability to quickly learn complex solutions.

- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, including cross-team coordination and proper documentation.

/n

- Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

/n

- Skilled in identifying and solving client challenges through tailored solutions.

/n

- Thrives in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities with ease.
