About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Retail Manager to join the Priceline Pharmacy Woodvale team on a maternity leave replacement contract. You will lead the retail team day to day, work closely with the owners and pharmacists, and help create an outstanding experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and support the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Meet and review monthly KPIs, including sales, loyalty sign-ups, promotions, stock performance and customer experience

- Develop practical ideas and action plans to improve sales, customer engagement and store performance

- Ensure all Priceline promotions, catalogues, campaign displays and merchandising standards are implemented accurately and on time

- Drive Priceline Sister Club loyalty engagement and help the team confidently promote offers and services

- Manage stock levels, ordering, stock rotation, out-of-stocks, markdowns and inventory control

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, presentation and compliance throughout the store





- Prepare staff rosters and support training, performance and development of the retail team

- Work closely with the pharmacy team to support health services, seasonal campaigns and local community initiatives

- Be a visible, positive and approachable leader on the shop floor

About you

- Previous Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or senior retail leadership experience within Priceline

- Strong knowledge of Priceline systems, promotions, merchandising requirements and Sister Club loyalty program

- Experience working toward and achieving monthly KPIs
- A proactive attitude, robust commercial awareness and the confidence to bring new ideas forward

- Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills
- A positive, energetic and reliable approach to work

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy retail workplace

- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends when required
