Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISC) to join our school Leadership Team. In this role, you will lead inclusive education initiatives, supporting students, families, and staff to foster an environment where every child can thrive.

Position Details

- Term: Commencing ideally Monday 12 October 2026
- Basis: Full-time, Contract.
- Location: Gsell Street, Wanguri, Darwin NT.
- Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee student Adjustment Plans (APs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and specialists using the INSPIRE platform.
- Lead the collation and submission of NCCD data and funding requests.
- Train, timetable, and supervise Inclusion Support Assistants (ISAs).
- Conduct initial diagnostic/standardised assessments for students displaying learning difficulties or deemed at risk.
- Serve as the primary liaison between teachers, allied health professionals (Occupational Therapists,



Speech Therapists, Psychologists), and Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT) support staff.
- Organise primary-to-secondary school transitions for eligible students.

Essential Criteria

- Bachelor of Education (or equivalent).
- Current Northern Territory Teacher Registration.
- Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).

Desirable Criteria

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
