Enterprise Architect will provide enterprise-wide oversight of secure and standards-aligned technology decisions, reducing risk, duplication and long-term costs while enabling sustainable change and innovation. The role will establish and maintain enterprise architecture governance, provide strategic technology direction, and support informed ICT investment decisions across the Authority. It will also play a critical role in supporting the effective operation of the Architecture Review Board and Design Authority, ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives, architectural standards and long-term organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide enterprise-wide architecture leadership across ICT systems and initiatives
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and ICT investments
- Oversee design governance through Architecture Review Board and Design Authority
- Identify and reduce technical debt, duplication, and architectural risks
- Provide guidance on secure, scalable, and standards-aligned solutions
- Support multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure strategy and integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and sustainable technology outcomes

Technical skills

- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within complex ICT environments
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or similar)
- Experience in government or regulated environments preferred
- Proven ability to influence strategic technology decisions




- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, and compliance alignment
