What you'll do

As the Principal Systems Integrator, you will provide expert technical leadership in the design, integration, deployment and support of complex cross-platform systems and applications. You will mentor a small technical team within a specialised technology domain while delivering advanced advice and guidance across systems redesign, application deployment, systems integration, acceptance testing and ongoing application support. Working closely with stakeholders, you will investigate and recommend innovative technologies and information management solutions that address business needs and align with emerging industry trends.

You will also oversee project monitoring and reporting to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, maintain a secure and efficient operational environment through system design and technical support activities, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of organisational objectives.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:

- Technical skills and the ability to provide expert technical direction,



standardisation and support of the enterprise infrastructure (HL7, interfacing, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Java/Javascript, Rhapsody, Enterprise Middleware (SFIA Code: ASUP 5).
- Expert ability to analyse IT system issues and successfully document implementable solutions (SFIA Code: PBMG 5).
- Ability to develop, implement and ensure compliance to technical policies, standards and procedures at an enterprise level (SFIA Code: ISCO 6).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal/external project stakeholders and external application vendors in order to deliver the required healthcare outcomes (SFIA Code: RLMT 5).
- Experience in leading complex work packages and mentoring and coordinating a team (NHS: Team-oriented Working).
- High level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing).
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2) (SFIA Code: METL 4).
