AWX is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a busy food manufacturing facility in North Brisbane for a seasonal production project.

We have multiple opportunities available across production, machine operation, processing and cleaning teams. Experienced manufacturing and food production candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, however on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidates.

Pay Rates

Day Shift

·Starting from $34.94/hr

·Progression opportunities up to $39.15 - $41.74/hr

Afternoon Shift

·Starting from $40.18/hr

·Progression opportunities up to $45.02 - $48.00/hr

Rates vary depending on role, experience, competency sign-off and machine classification.

Roster Pattern

·Production typically operates Tuesday to Friday

·Mondays are generally rostered as a day off

·2-4 shifts per week available The Roles

Pineapple Inspectors

·Inspecting fresh fruit products to ensure quality standards are met

·Identifying defects and foreign material

·Working on fast-paced production lines





·Repetitive process work

Ginca Operators

·Operating and monitoring production equipment

·Maintaining product quality standards

·Completing production records

·Following food safety and quality procedures

Concentrator Operators

·Operating production and processing equipment

·Forklift operation and material handling

·Monitoring product flow and production targets

·Completing production documentation

Night Shift Cleaners

·Cleaning and sanitising production lines and equipment

·High-pressure washdowns

·Maintaining food manufacturing hygiene standards

·End-of-shift cleaning duties

About You To be successful, you will have:

·Previous manufacturing, production, process work or machine operating experience highly regarded

·Forklift Licence required for Concentrator Operator positions

·Strong attention to detail

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·Good level of physical fitness for repetitive work and manual handling tasks

·Strong commitment to workplace safety

·Reliable transport and attendance
