About the role

RWW Group is looking for an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Manager to take ownership of supplier strategy, commercial negotiations and sourcing activities. You'll work with both Australian and offshore suppliers to improve pricing, rebates, terms, quality, lead times, product development and supply reliability. This is not a purchase-order processing role — you'll sit across the table from suppliers, challenge the numbers, negotiate better deals and ensure results are delivered.

Key responsibilities

- Negotiate better pricing, rebates, payment terms, MOQs and freight arrangements

- Identify and develop current offshore manufacturers and suppliers

- Challenge product costs and improve total landed cost

- Build alternative supply options and reduce single-supplier risk

- Improve supplier quality, delivery performance and lead times

- Work directly with factories on new products, specifications and improvements

- Negotiate supplier co-op funding and commercial support

- Align purchasing with forecasts, inventory requirements and customer demand

- Establish supplier scorecards and hold suppliers accountable for performance

- Identify opportunities to improve margin, working capital and supply resilience

About you





- Strong experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or supply chain, preferably within workwear, apparel, uniforms, textiles or PPE

- Understanding of how garments are designed, specified and manufactured — including fabrics, trims, fit, sizing, quality, decoration and performance requirements

- Experience sourcing directly from offshore factories and manufacturers

- Commercially sharp and confident negotiating with suppliers

- Ability to analyse costs, margins, freight, inventory and supplier performance

- Ability to build strong supplier relationships while challenging them

- Takes ownership and follows through

- Can move comfortably between factory-level product discussions and executive-level commercial conversations

- Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required
