Role Description The Product Analyst / Product Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Sydney, NSW. This role involves analyzing product performance and customer usage data, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating insights into product improvements and new feature proposals. The individual will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to define product requirements, refine roadmaps, and ensure successful product releases.





Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, preparing business cases, monitoring key product metrics, and supporting go-to-market activities with clear documentation and communication. The role also requires ongoing market, competitor, and customer research to keep products aligned with emerging technologies and industry needs.

Qualifications and experience

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools to interpret product, customer, and market data.
- Business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and building data-driven business cases.
- Product management skills across the product lifecycle, such as roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
- Clear and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Background in technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field; experience in hardware, robotics, or autonomous systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency with analytics and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms, product management software).
- Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a product analyst, product manager, or similar role is highly beneficial.
