Forge Group is seeking a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our engineering, automation, electrical and manufacturing businesses go to market.

Working closely with the Head of Brand & Commercial Strategy, you'll develop product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market plans and sales enablement content that supports business growth across a diverse industrial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop product and solutions marketing plans aligned to business growth objectives
- Define and maintain Forge's product and solutions portfolio
- Gather customer, competitor and market insights to identify opportunities
- Create compelling value propositions and positioning for technical solutions
- Build go-to-market plans, launch programs and sales enablement tools
- Develop product collateral, case studies, presentations and campaign content
- Support sales teams with customer-facing tools and messaging
- Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns
- Work closely with engineering, sales and operational teams
- Measure performance and continuously improve outcomes

About You You may come from engineering, manufacturing, automation,



infrastructure, construction or another technical B2B environment and have experience:

- Developing product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
- Creating value propositions and sales enablement content
- Translating complex technical concepts into commercial messaging
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Delivering B2B campaigns that support pipeline and growth
- Working with CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms
- Influencing stakeholders across sales, engineering and leadership teams
