About the role

We are currently experiencing sales growth and expansion and have an exciting opportunity within our team for a Production Team Leader-AM shift.

You will lead your team to manufacture a wide variety of products meeting Earlee Products, safety, quality, productivity and MIFOT standards.

Day to Day responsibilities

- Promote and demonstrates Earlee Products WH&S;, culture, values and mission.

- Oversee and work with the team to produce product meeting Earlee Products, safety, quality, productivity and MIFOT standards.





- Manage and support the setup of the production rooms daily.

- Inspect raw materials and finished goods and report any quality concerns to QA and Supervisor immediately.

- Ensure preoperational checks and inspections for production lines are satisfactory.

- Control and assist to assemble, weigh product, palletise, metal detect, general cleaning and other duties to ensure smooth operation of the production lines.

- Ensure all machinery is working as required and PM and cleaning schedule are met, advising Supervisor of any issues or changes in P&E; performance.

- Use CI and best practice to improve line speed, yield, process flow to maximize productivity and report recommendations to supervisor.

- Conduct shift hand over communicating task, people, machinery, cleaning and schedule progress and requirements.

- Provide support to the Production Supervisors for any production tasks that may arise outside the scope of your roll.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a similar position

- Strong attention to detail

- Basic computer skills as data entry will be required.

- Positive communication skills

- Positive can do attitude
