About the opportunity
Working within a global professional membership organisation, you'll take ownership of coordinating the delivery of an established and evolving portfolio of professional development programs across Asia Pacific.
From expert-led technical training to professional and leadership development, you'll help individuals and organisations access high-quality learning opportunities that support their development and respond to changing industry needs.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining training coordination,
customer service and relationship management, with opportunities to develop your confidence in advising members and customers about professional development options.
You'll work closely with a small, collaborative local team and colleagues internationally to ensure training runs smoothly, deliver an excellent customer experience and support continued growth in course participation and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include
- coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning and development products and services including face-to-face, virtual, on-demand and in-company training
- manage registrations, venues, online platforms, course materials and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and trainers
- respond proactively to member and customer enquiries
- build relationships and help people identify relevant training opportunities
- work with engagement managers to connect individuals and organisations with learning and development programs
- support local sales and marketing activities to increase awareness, engagement and course participation
- prepare proposals for in-company and bespoke training using established templates
- coordinate the annual awards program including entries, judging and stakeholder communications
- review course feedback, identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure training remains current and relevant
- maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver positive outcomes.
About you
You're a proactive,
highly organised professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and making things happen.
A natural communicator and relationship builder, you're confident working with a wide range of people and bring a genuine interest in learning and professional development.
You thrive in a busy, varied environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease and have the initiative and self-motivation to take ownership of your work.
We'd love you to bring:
- 2 years' experience in a busy coordination, administration or customer service role
- exceptional organisational and time management skills
- an ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a professional, responsive customer service approach
- confidence building relationships and engaging with people across all levels
- a methodical approach and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- a proactive, resourceful mindset, ability to work independently in a remote environment
- strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Teams, Dynamics or a similar CRM
- a collaborative, adaptable approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
Experience in a professional membership organisation and/or training or career development coordination role would be beneficial.
