n Our client is a Melbourne-founded luxury fashion house with an international presence, known for its distinctive bridal and ready-to-wear collections.
n With a strong design identity and a growing global footprint, the business brings together creativity, craftsmanship and technical expertise to deliver exceptional garments.
n You'll be joining a passionate team where the details matter, collaboration is key, and your contribution helps bring each collection from concept to production.
n ABOUT THE ROLE
n Working closely with Design, Development and Production, you'll support the sourcing, development and coordination of fabrics and trims across ready-to-wear collections.
n You'll work with a worldwide supplier network and gain exposure to the journey from initial material selection through to sampling, bulk production and delivery.
n WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Support fabric and trim sourcing in line with design and quality requirements.
n
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery and technical information.
n




- Coordinate sampling and bulk material orders across local and offshore partners.
n
- Manage lab dips and colour approvals alongside the Design team.
n
- Maintain accurate fabric, trim, inventory and supplier records.
n
- Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), including material costs and yields.
n
- Support material testing, stocktakes and replenishment.
n
- Work closely with Production and Development to keep collections moving.
n

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

n

n
- A fashion, textiles or design qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
n
- Some experience in fashion design, production, textiles or product development.
n
- Exposure to garment sampling or in-house production workflows.
n
- An interest in fabrics, trims, garment construction and quality.
n
- Robust organisation and attention to detail.
n
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
n
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Experience with an ERP or PLM system is advantageous.

Around two years' apparel experience is desirable, but we're also interested in emerging talent with relevant hands-on experience and a genuine passion for fashion.
