Joining the Laverton Packaging Team, drive projects that strengthen site performance, improve manufacturing capability and ensure successful implementation of new processes and equipment across the business unit. Working across operations, engineering, quality and national project teams, you'll turn project plans into operational outcomes through commissioning, start-up and handover. Based in Laverton, your day spans project delivery, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness and continuous improvement initiatives that support sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of site projects by identifying operational constraints early, aligning stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery through commissioning, handover and close out activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, responsibilities and readiness activities to ensure projects are delivered to schedule and teams are prepared for start-up.
- Drive technical delivery for new product development initiatives, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance requirements are met while supporting the National Capital Projects team.
- Analyse performance data, operational metrics and infrastructure efficiencies to identify improvement opportunities and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- Communicate project progress, risks,



roadblocks and financials to site stakeholders while maintaining reporting routines and project communication plans.

About You

- You bring experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage or pharmaceutical environments, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification.
- You apply practical knowledge of GMP, SOPs, ISO and HACCP principles within manufacturing operations.
- You use project management tools, including Microsoft Project, to support complex engineering, manufacturing and product testing activities.
- You build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration between operational and project stakeholders.
- You approach change, technical challenges and operational issues with solid problem-solving capability and sound judgement
