Real outcomes. /n This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action — coordinating work on the floor, keeping projects moving, achieving quality outcomes and ensuring both the team and the client stay informed every step of the way. /n About the Role /n Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of assigned projects and tasks, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders. /n You will: /n /n

- Facilitate, coordinate and assist with the successful delivery of projects safely and ‘Quality on Time’

/n

- Liaise with workshop teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to keep work on track

/n

- Maintain a solid focus on customer service and clear client communication

/n

- Ensure forecasts, timelines, expectations,



and outcomes are effectively managed

/n

- Drive the procurement program with our key suppliers

/n

- Attend project tender reviews and handovers to provide input as required.

/n

- Ensure all project data is entered into the relevant system

/n

- Support day-to-day workshop production activities where required

/n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n

- Experience in a structural steel production, manufacturing, or workshop environment

/n

- Ability to read and interpret steel fabrication drawings and symbols

/n

- Strong organisational and coordination skills

/n

- Confidence communicating with both internal teams and external clients

/n

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting

/n

- A proactive, hands-on approach
