We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, coordination, and project administration.
- Organise meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder forums; prepare agendas and minutes.
- Maintain project registers for risks, issues, decisions, actions, and dependencies.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, SteerCo packs, and governance documentation.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, schedules, milestones, and version control.
- Support resource planning, onboarding, forecasting, budget monitoring, and timesheet validation.
- Coordinate dependencies across project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and schedule delays.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and methodologies.

Key Skills & Experience

- Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.
- Strong organisational, communication, documentation,



and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project reporting, scheduling, governance, and risk/issue tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
