Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Sydney, NSW.

The Project

Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, remediation, and residential engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, managing contractors and suppliers, and monitoring project progress and risks. The role involves conducting site visits, reviewing inspections and reports, maintaining project documentation, and communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders.

The Project

Manager will also support procurement and logistics planning, participate in project reviews, and drive continuous improvement across project workflows.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, equipment, and deliverables and ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review site work, verify compliance with specifications, and support quality and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transport, deliveries, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
- Relevant experience in civil, remediation, or residential construction projects, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with project management software and standard industry tools; knowledge of Australian building and environmental regulations is an advantage.
