About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a business transformation initiative focused on enhancing procurement and contract management capabilities.

The project involves upgrading an existing contract management platform, improving end-to-end procurement processes, and maximising the use of existing system functionality. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and end users to deliver the project while supporting change and user adoption.

This is a business-focused project management role, requiring someone who can bridge business requirements, technology and change management rather than focusing solely on technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the upgrade of an existing contract management module to the current platform.
- Manage project activities across planning, delivery, stakeholder engagement, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Review and enhance end-to-end procurement and contract management processes.
- Identify opportunities to better utilise existing system functionality and improve business outcomes.
- Coordinate data migration between existing and upgraded contract management modules.




- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and user adoption.
- Identify and address process gaps, business impacts and implementation risks.
- Drive improvements to the end-user experience and overall system adoption.
- Prepare project documentation, status reporting and updates for key stakeholders.
- Support testing, implementation and transition activities through to project completion.

Desirable Experience

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

- Procurement or contract management platforms
- Jaggaer or similar procurement systems
- Data migration and system upgrades
- Business process optimisation
- Change management and user adoption
- Enterprise systems implementation

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering business transformation, technology-enabled or systems implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through to implementation.
- A robust business and process improvement mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into practical outcomes.
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading change management and organisational adoption initiatives.
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, dependencies and delivery planning.
- Experience with system upgrades, migrations or implementations is highly desirable.
- Procurement, contract management or source-to-pay experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
