/n PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & CIVIL FENCING /n Perth, WA | Full-Time Permanent | 2 Positions /n An established fencing business in Perth is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial, civil and infrastructure projects. /n The Role /n You'll be responsible for taking projects from planning through to completion, including: /n /n
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines
/n
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment
/n
- Reading drawings, plans and site layouts
/n
- Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
/n
- Monitoring project progress, quality and productivity
/n
- Liaising with clients and site supervisors
/n
- Resolving issues and keeping projects on track
/n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently
/n /n About You /n Project Management experience within construction, civil or a related industry
/n Confident reading drawings and project plans
/n Solid understanding of construction environments
/n Experience coordinating teams,
materials and equipment
/n Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
/n Strong communication and client-management skills
/n Practical, hands-on approach
/n Able to manage multiple projects at once /n Fencing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right construction/civil Project Manager. /n Why This Role? /n /n
