/n /n Working alongside the Operations Manager, oversee the project lifecycle of Modular building installs and fit outs /n THE ROLE /n /n
- Managing entire project from commencement to completion
/n
- Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
/n
- Manage client and subcontractor relationships
/n
- Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
/n
- Managing and maintaining the design process
/n
- Development and management of project programmes & timelines
/n
- Experience in estimating (highly desirable)
/n
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
/n
- Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
/n
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
/n /n ABOUT YOU /n /n
- Experience in a similar role, managing construction/modular install projects in a contractor setting
/n
- Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
/n
- A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
/n
- Commercial acumen /n
- Programming and planning skills
/n
- Contract awareness and cost tracking experience
/n
- Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and internal team members
/n
- Self-managing while working well in a team environment

- Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’

- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
