We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology, digital transformation, and business improvement projects within a complex mining and resources environment. You'll be responsible for driving project outcomes, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands mining operations, enjoys working across diverse stakeholder groups, and can confidently lead projects from business case development through to implementation and change management.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience delivering projects within mining, resources, energy, or heavy industrial environments

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

- Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, governance artefacts, and project plans

- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

- Strong leadership, communication, risk, and budget management capabilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation projects

- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders

- Develop project governance, reporting, business cases, and implementation plans

- Lead cross-functional teams and drive successful business outcomes

Highly Regarded

- Mining industry experience

- Technology, digital transformation, data & analytics, OT, or infrastructure project delivery experience

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications
