About the role The Project Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and closing out assigned projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. This includes managing resources, subcontractors, client communication, compliance, and project reporting across our range of service areas.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, scopes, and budgets
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials for project delivery
- Liaise with clients, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Lead site teams and ensure works are completed to company and client standards
- Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings as needed
- Manage subcontractor performance and site-based issues
- Build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and resolve client issues or concerns promptly
- Monitor project costs, variations, and productivity

About you

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project management in civil, construction or mining industries
- Strong understanding of WHS, environmental and quality obligations in construction




- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant/equipment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities
- Proficient in MS Office, project software (or willing to learn)
- Current driver's licence and construction white card
- Formal qualifications in project management, civil construction, or related discipline (desirable)
- Exposure to ISO management systems and client compliance platforms (desirable)
- Traffic management or high-risk work licence (advantageous)
