Job Summary

You'll lead the successful execution of Network Control SCADA, EMS, GMS, and DMS projects (systems and services) across the APAC region by ensuring secure, high-quality, on-time, and profitable delivery in accordance with Hitachi Energy's project management governance, contractual commitments, and customer expectations. You'll also function as the primary project owner, providing leadership, stakeholder management, and operational oversight throughout the project lifecycle to achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make An Impact

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE are achieved.

- Develop and maintain project execution plans, including HSE plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

- Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring customer requirements, priorities, and expectations are understood and met.

- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists, fostering accountability and collaboration.





- Manage project stakeholders and maintain effective communication through regular reporting and governance activities.

- Monitor and control project risks, issues, conflicts, and change requests to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting using project management systems and tools.

- Drive project delivery and successful handover to operations/support teams, ensuring effective close-out and knowledge transfer.

- Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy policies, project management frameworks, processes, and safety requirements while promoting continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across teams.

Your Background

- A bachelor's or tertiary education in related field.

- Hitachi Energy Project Management Process and Guidelines.

- Network Manager SCADA EMS knowledge

- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Projects).

- Proficient in maintaining schedules for projects using recognized project scheduling tools like MS Projects.
