With a strong pipeline of works spanning fixed plant, mining enablement, processing and infrastructure, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing project delivery team and contribute to the successful execution of multiple site-critical projects.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital projects across a diverse portfolio of sustaining and growth work. Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering and contracting partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.
- Leading stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations and construction teams.
- Overseeing contractor performance, project schedules, budgets and risk management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and project governance requirements.
- Providing regular project reporting, forecasting and status updates to key stakeholders.
- Driving project outcomes across fixed plant, processing, mining enablement and infrastructure scopes.

This is a FIFO role operating on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster with direct flights from Perth to site.

What you'll need to succeed





- Demonstrated Project Management experience within mining, resources, infrastructure or heavy industrial environments.
- Proven experience delivering capital projects through construction, commissioning and handover phases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within an operational environment.
- Sound commercial, contract management, scheduling and risk management capability.
- Engineering, Construction Management or related technical qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Previous exposure to fixed plant, processing facilities, infrastructure or mining projects is advantageous.
