/n Responsibilities/n

/n As the Project Manager, you will:/n

/n •Lead the site-based delivery of substation construction works from mobilisation through to completion/n
/n
/n •Manage programme, cost, quality, and safety across all work fronts/n
/n
/n •Coordinate electrical, civil, and structural scopes of work/n
/n
/n •Act as the key point of contact for client and stakeholder management/n
/n
/n •Oversee subcontractors and supply chain to ensure smooth project progression/n
/n
/n •Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively to avoid project delays/n
/n
/n •Support commissioning activities and project close-out/n
/n

/n Qualifications/n
/n
/n To excel in this role, you will need:/n

/n •5 to 8 years of experience in project management within transmission and distribution or broader energy infrastructure/n
/n
/n •A strong electrical background, with solid working knowledge of civil and structural works/n
/n •The ability to work effectively in a rural, site-based environment/n
/n
/n •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills/n
/n
/n •Flexibility to work on a roster-based schedule or Monday to Friday, depending on your preference/n

/n •Overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards/n

/n •Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise/n

/n •Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns/n

/n •Managing subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services/n
